Tobias Dunn

About Me

Hi, my name is Tobias. I'm 24 years old and am currently working full time as an Associate Auditor. Previously I worked in the Cyber Security sector as a Security Consultant, delivering penetration testing services to multiple clients across various industries. There I gained experience testing web applications, external and internal infrastructure, and conducting build reviews. I hold both the OSCP and Burp Suite Certified Practitioner qualifications. My move into audit reflects a long-standing interest in economics and business, alongside technology.

I'm hard working, dedicated and focused; my work ethic has been described as "exceptional" by previous managers. I have a strong passion for technology and look to automate lots of mundane tasks. I've created a PriceScraper application which notifies me about price changes for video games, and a Stream Deck plugin that tells me which coloured bin is being collected each week. While these projects were all created for personal use, I also actively look for automation possibilities at work in an effort to improve efficiency and consistency.

My hobbies include gaming, watching films, working out and hanging out with my friends and family. I'm passionate about F1 (Mercedes), I watch on average about 85%+ of the races at their air time across a season, including the early morning races. I've been fortunate enough to attend the Spa Grand Prix and look forward to attending more in the future. I occasionally play golf and have a strong interest in football, primarily supporting my home team Norwich City.
